Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Ruuty. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you use Ruuty on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
What Ruuty provides
Ruuty provides travel planning tools, including AI-generated itineraries, saved routes, trip organization, packing lists, maps, weather summaries, and destination content. Travel information can change quickly. You are responsible for verifying opening hours, prices, safety conditions, visas, transport availability, accessibility, weather, and local rules before and during travel.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your device and sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information, use Ruuty only for lawful purposes, and promptly stop using the service if you are no longer authorized to use an account.
Subscriptions and AI credits
Ruuty may offer free usage, paid subscriptions, and consumable AI credits. Purchases are processed through Apple and may be managed through your Apple ID. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, refunds, taxes, and cancellation rules are controlled by Apple and the terms shown at purchase. AI credits may be consumed when eligible AI route generations are requested and may not be refundable except where required by law or Apple policy.
AI content
AI-generated routes, descriptions, images, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Ruuty does not guarantee that AI output is correct, safe, available, or appropriate. Use independent judgment before relying on AI-generated travel plans.
User content
You keep ownership of content you create or submit, such as routes, trips, notes, preferences, and ratings. You grant Ruuty a limited license to host, process, display, sync, back up, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading, or violates another person's rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to Ruuty or its infrastructure.
- Do not use Ruuty to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not bypass paywalls, quotas, rate limits, app integrity protections, or purchase validation systems.
- Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or highly confidential information into AI prompts or free-form fields.
Third-party services
Ruuty depends on third-party platforms and content sources, including Apple, Firebase and Google Cloud, RevenueCat, OpenAI, and Unsplash. Their services may change, become unavailable, or be subject to their own terms. Ruuty is not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, or policies.
Disclaimers
Ruuty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, travel safety, route accuracy, availability of places, weather accuracy, or that the service will meet every need.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruuty and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel losses, missed bookings, injuries, or costs arising from your use of or inability to use Ruuty.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, impose usage limits, or terminate access if we believe these terms were violated or if continued use creates risk. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
